“I’ve know Alex Harrell for a long time, and consider her not only a good friend, but a person of immense talent and kindness and generosity. Therefore, I asked her to perform at my wedding. Among the many brilliant things this woman can do, one of which is play the violin, which she did for me and my husband on June 18, 2016 at our wedding.
She took charge when our very unprofessional DJ failed in his duties, and comforted me in my anger at the moment, reminding me that my special day was about more than disappointing amateurs (who did not show up for rehearsal), and to not let my hostile emotions hijack the true meaning/purpose of the best day of my life: I was marrying my best friend. That’s all that mattered.
Alex is no doubt a good friend, but competent, expert, and beautiful within her work. We loved hearing her play the violin for us, and it is a gorgeous memory forever burned into our hearts at how her music added sweet sounds to the love surrounding us.”
